You can return any item purchased from Plego within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. To accept the return, the item must be in perfect condition and retain its original labeling and packaging. You must include a copy of the invoice or delivery receipt for the returned product, indicating the reason for the return. Before making a return, send an email to
sales@plego.art explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless it is an exchange or return due to an error on our part. In this case, Plego will cover the shipping costs. It is very important to properly protect the package to prevent the item you wish to return or exchange from being damaged. Once we receive the package and verify that everything is in order, we will send you a confirmation email and immediately refund the amount of the order or exchange the product, if applicable.
